Journey Vine Advisory ("we," "us") provides advisory services and related digital experiences. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website, Experience samples, client portals, and voice-enabled services.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide (name, email, company, phone)
- Meeting recordings, transcripts, and voice interactions you submit
- CRM and project data entered in client workspaces
- Usage analytics (pages visited, feature interactions) via PostHog
- Technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and rate limiting
How we use information
- Deliver services, reports, and follow-up communications you request
- Operate voice agents, meeting synthesis, and strategic assessments
- Improve product quality and prevent abuse
- Process payments through Stripe when you purchase services
We do not sell your personal information. We do not export client data to personal email accounts or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Where data is processed
- Database: Supabase Postgres (US region, project hosted in AWS us-east-1)
- Application hosting: Vercel (US regions)
- Voice AI: Retell AI (call audio and transcripts)
- Payments: Stripe
- Analytics: PostHog (product analytics)
- Email: Resend (transactional email)
- AI analysis: Google Gemini via Vercel AI Gateway
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog for privacy-conscious product analytics. You may see session cookies required for authentication (Supabase Auth). Marketing pages may load Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on public forms.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at hello@journeyvine.com.
Security
We use row-level security, encrypted credentials, server-side validation, and rate limiting. See our internal security runbook at docs/SECURITY.md for operators.
