We provide advisory, strategic, and technology-enabled services. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual proposals or statements of work—not by self-serve software signup.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other clients' data or bypass security controls
• Do not abuse public forms, voice demos, or API endpoints
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
• Do not reverse-engineer or resell our proprietary operator platform (Arbor)

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (recordings, documents, business data). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the services you request.

Disclaimers

Experience samples and AI-generated outputs are for illustration and discovery—not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Production engagements are governed by separate agreements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journey Vine Advisory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of public demos or free tools. Paid engagements may include separate liability terms in their contracts.
